Digital adoption ads

The ask

Aetna wanted to reach members digitally in order to keep them informed on anything related to COVID since we were in the middle of a worldwide pandemic.  

The goal

Promote and encourage registration to Aetna Health and Navigator with downstream impact of providing preferences and going digital in order to receive COVID information. 

The solution

I created a series of social media and native digital ads to target certain member segments and increase digital adoption.
