COVID – Healing Better box

The goal of this project was to create a box that would be mailed to Aetna members who were diagnosed with COVID-19 and had to quarantine. Inside the box were branded FAQ cards, as well as, packaged goods.

Success metrics:

• 4,100 boxes delivered
• A +64pt increase for Aetna Commercial NPS score
• 83% members were “delighted” with the experience
